Refund policy
We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible, the item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required for all returns.
RETURN PROCESS
To start a return, you must contact us at info@maia-clothing.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Return instructions, including the appropriate return address based on your location, will be provided by email. Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.
SHIPPING COSTS
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged, defective, or incorrect. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot be responsible for returns lost in transit.
EXCHANGES
The fastest way to receive a different item is to place a new order and return the original item for a refund. In some cases, we may offer size exchanges depending on stock availability. Requests for exchanges must be made by email. Color, variant, or product changes are handled through the return and reorder process.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

EUROPEAN UNION COOLING-OFF PERIOD
If your order is delivered within the European Union, you have the legal right to cancel or return your order within 30 days for any reason and without justification. Returned items must still be in their original condition, unused, with tags and packaging intact, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval of your refund. If approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.
